Today, I taught myself the Russian alphabet. I've been meaning to for a while now, and as I wasn't in my room and didn't have any of my books, I took advantage of the downtime. It's interesting to see how Russian differs from Greek and our alphabet, but also how similar it is. Both Greek and Russian have similar letters for the p, r, t, a, b, g, f, u, o, k, m, and e sounds. Not to mention the aspirated k sound, which in both looks like an x. It was actually really cool to me that I could even recognize the similarities.
I'm a huge nerd, but we all know how much I love Russians. I need to study Greek now though.
There's a lot of punctuation in the artist and song.
